In October, My Life My Say will be ramping up plans to build the next generation of young leaders, ready to deliver the biggest youth turnout for the upcoming General Election in 2024.
Our new Squad programme will equip 500 young people over the next two years with the skills they need to lead change within their communities.
Squad Leaders will participate in a twelve-month capacity building programme - designed to develop a range of leadership skills, and the opportunity to network with inspiring changemakers.
It’s our one-stop shop for building tomorrow’s leaders!
By the end of the programme, Squad Leaders will have the practical foundations to make the change they want to see in the world and within their communities.
After completing the programme, they will have the option of becoming Squad Ambassadors in order to act as mentors for future Squad Leaders!
We are looking for a diverse cohort of young people who aren’t already politically involved but are passionate about change and representation.
